How information I give when ordering will be used?

When ordering, you must fill in the necessary information to complete the order.

nobe does not collect contact information, personal identification numbers, telephone numbers or email addresses for orders to be used for marketing purposes or for onward transfer. If you have indicated that you would like our newsletter, it will be sent to your email address 1-4 times a month. No other marketing messages will be sent to our customers. We do not use marketing messages sent to the phone.

Why do the products look different in color from the product image in your online store?

All our product images are from the product manufacturers. The display, image quality, and resolution of the device used, for example, can all influence the color tone of the product, for example. If you are not satisfied with the color of the product, you can return an unused and resold product to us (product seal must be intact). However, we will in no way take back used / tested / opened products.

I have a promo code - where do I enter the code?

Select the items in the shopping cart and open the shopping cart. There is a field in the shopping cart for entering the promotional code. Enter the code in the field and you will see how the value of the discount code is deducted from the value of the Shopping Cart. If you have any problems, please contact our customer service.

What do I do if I want to return a product I purchased?


The nobe web store complies with the provisions of Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act (13 June 2014). In distance selling, a consumer customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal for unused products. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened hygiene products (Consumer Protection Act: Chapter 6, Section 16). Returned products must be unused and in resale condition, so handle the products carefully before making a purchase decision.

Why have my products not yet arrived? How can I track the status of my order?


When you sign up for noble when you place an order, you can track the status of your order through your own client account. When your order is packed and ready for mail delivery, your order will say "shipped".
